Architectural Intent

This contemporary residence blends industrial and modern design elements, featuring a striking combination of raw materials and clean geometric forms. The façade incorporates exposed red brick, smooth concrete, and black metal cladding, creating a bold contrast that highlights the building’s layered composition. Large windows and an open upper-level terrace establish a strong indoor-outdoor connection, enhancing natural light and spatial openness. The gabled roof form, clad in dark metal, adds a distinctive architectural character while referencing traditional pitched-roof homes in a modernized manner. This design balances warmth, texture, and minimalism, offering a refined yet inviting aesthetic.

Interior Design

The Interior design in this project depicts a modern, open-plan living space with a sleek, minimalist aesthetic. The color palette consists of neutral tones, featuring white walls, black cabinetry, and warm, light wood flooring. The first image highlights a seamless integration of the dining, kitchen, and living areas, with contemporary furniture, plush upholstered dining chairs, and a cozy yet sophisticated seating arrangement. The second image focuses on the kitchen, which features dark cabinetry, marble countertops, and a striking fluted island with black bar stools, creating a bold contrast against the bright, airy surroundings. Large sliding glass doors in both images enhance the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing ample natural light to flood the interiors while providing easy access to the backyard and patio.
